Mid-Plains gets distance learning funding

North Platte, Neb. -- USDA Rural Development Nebraska State Director Maxine Moul visited Mid-Plains Community College in North Platte today to present the college leadership with a plaque to commemorate their award of $118,700 to further their distance learning capabilities.
