Original 12 month probation sentence stems from August 2012 conviction for second degree criminal trespass and misdemeanor theft stemming from the June 2012 burglary of a rural farmhouse southwest of Indianola.

Ronald R. Heble, 75, 1610 W. Second Street -- second degree criminal trespass (May 30, 2013, incident at McCook Daily Gazette), amended by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood to disturbing the peace, $150 fine.

Rick D. Spencer, 33, Culbertson, Nebraska -- drive commercial vehicle without proper endorsement, dismissed by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood with court documents indicating proof was shown.
